East Kings Court HOA features privately owned HOA condos in the heart of Shreveport, Louisiana, located in the Broadmoor area of town. We’re conveniently located close to a variety of shopping and recreational activities.

East Kings Court is a safe and quiet HOA condo complex. All of our 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units are individually owned. Over half of the 77 units are owner occupied with the remaining units being rental/investor properties.

East Kings Court Homeowners Association, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation, created to maintain and care for the property of both the Association and, as applicable, the property of the unit owners. The Association board of directors is responsible for enforcement of the rules and regulations of the Association, which maintains and enhances the property values for all owners.
